Founded in 2009, Ridge Stewardstone's current focus is to offer solutions to resolve the challenge government and private organizations face in prioritizing the delivery of infrastructure projects that improve both productivity and quality of life.


We seek to deliver long-term value for all of our stakeholders. We assist public and private clients in structuring commercially and financially viable infrastructure projects, from Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) to Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts.

Hon.-Akwasi-Osei-Adjei

Hon. Akwasi Osei-Adjei

Hon. Osei-Adjei is the Chairman of the Board at Ridge Stewardstone. He is a former Ghanaian Minister for Foreign Affairs under President Kuffor’s administration. Prior to this role, he served as Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry. Hon. Osei-Adjei also served as Member of Parliament for Ejisu-Juaben from 1996 - to 2008.


Hon. Osei-Adjei oversees Ridge Stewardstone’s government relations effort to provide strategic, actionable policy and legal guidance throughout the life cycle of projects.



Mr. Samuel B. Atiase

Mr. Samuel B. Atiase

Samuel Atiase is the Managing Partner at Ridge Stewardstone. Previously, he was a Financial Advisor at a US-based Fortune 100 financial services organization where he was responsible for initiating new business through direct marketing and presentation of investment products for private and institutional investors.


Samuel is responsible for business development in Sub-Saharan Africa and infrastructure projects in particular. Samuel is a graduate of the Belk School of Business at the University of North Carolina - Charlotte.
